Tasks

  • Be a sparring partner for our hiring managers and become a brand ambassador for PRISMA
  • Own the entire recruiting lifecycle, from clarifying the hiring need, actively sourcing for candidates, screening the applications, interviewing talents and organizing the different interview steps, to initiating the contract
  • Accompany our candidates through the entire application process, from the first meeting to the final feedback interview, while aiming for the best possible candidate experience
  • Actively shape Employer Branding e.g., support at recruiting events, trade fairs, social media postings
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategies and constantly on the lookout for creative and innovative ideas to attract the right talent at the right time
  • Plus: Experience working with an HRIS and/or ATS

 Profile

  • Proven track record in tech recruiting
  • Engaging and open communicator and natural networker
  • Collaborative team player and creative problem-solver
  • Structured and results-oriented way of working
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills, German is a PLUS
