As a UX Designer, you'll be an advocate for our users while directly impacting business goals. You’ll partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Customer Success to lead design, tackle complex problems and deliver solutions. If you are an user expert who is passionate to innovate and execute on product initiatives and have experience working on SaaS products - this job is for you!

Tasks

• Translate complex processes into self-explanatory and user-centered solution.
  • Identify pain points of user and understand their needs in the context of the business.
  • Gather and manage requirements as well as approach stakeholders together with the PO.
  • Conduct research and user tests for your projects in coordination with our UX researcher.
  • Based on the requirements, you develop high fidelity wireframes, user flows and click dummies as a basis for acceptance criteria for the development teams.
  • Ensure the correct application of our design system tokens & components.
• Contribute to the continuous improvements of our design system, nomenclature and UX strategy together with the UX team.
  • Optimises and unify the micro interaction of our components.
  • Drive General Design System Enhancements.
  • Promote the design and consult on current application.
• Share knowledge and document all completed work.

 Profile

• Relevant professional experience and proven track record as an UX Designer or Usability Engineer.
• You are experienced at building wireframes and user flows using tools like Figma.
• Ideally you have experience working with Platforms or complex SaaS products.
• You have experience in working with an existing design systems.
• You are good in using the right design methods for the specific purpose, and presenting your results in a way that adds value to the team.
• You have a High level of personal responsibility and self-organization.
• You have a basic technical understanding for a secure and solution-oriented exchange with developers.
• You are good at asking the correct questions and deriving holistic and cross-context connections from them.
• You are fluent in both English, German is a plus.
