You will join the customers' first point of contact in our company, the Customer Care Team. Be part of an exciting team, which is always right at the action, and help us create the best customer care experience for our users.
- Help us to help our users - let’s build and maintain a great support portal for our various user groups
- Help us strengthen our brand - we believe in great customer support
- Participate in ongoing Marketing projects
- Support our team in related topics like developing communications, prepare training material, and understanding our users better
- You are a student in a Business or Communication related degree
- You enjoy working in an international, collegial environment
- You are always open to learning new things
- Ideally you are familiar with software or energy industries
- Your English is excellent
- Working in an international team and in an international context
- Central Leipzig location – in the heart of the buzzing city
