At PRISMA, we believe in fostering diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. That’s why we were thrilled to partner with [Cluster IT Mitteldeutschland](https://it-mitteldeutschland.de/event/5-diversit-women-in-it/) for the 5th edition of DiversIT - Women in Tech, a special event dedicated to celebrating and empowering women in IT.

### A Special International Women’s Day Edition

On **March 7th**, we opened our doors to an incredible community of women and allies in tech at our office in Leipzig. The event brought together professionals from across the industry for **engaging talks, networking, and career-shaping conversations**.

What started as a small initiative to recognize the contributions of women in IT has grown into a **powerful platform for empowerment, collaboration, and innovation**. This year’s International Women’s Day edition was especially impactful, with inspiring speakers and valuable discussions on the future of tech, career growth, and fostering inclusivity.

### Meet our Speakers

We were honored to host an incredible lineup of speakers who shared their expertise and insights into the world of tech.
