PRISMA Webinar: Booking Confirmation Changes

On January 7, 2026, we hosted a short webinar to explain the upcoming changes to PRISMA’s booking confirmation emails.


For security and legal reasons, booking confirmation emails will no longer include detailed information such as balancing groups, booked capacity, or capacity type. Instead, confirmations will contain a shortened notification with a direct link to the respective booking on the PRISMA platform, where all details remain fully accessible. 

During the session, we:

  • compared the old and new booking confirmation emails

  • demonstrated how to access booking details on the platform

  • explained user invitations and permission settings

  • answered participants’ questions live
