Leipzig, February 20, 2026 - PRISMA European Capacity Platform GmbH informs market participants that TotalEnergies LNG Services France (TELSF) is no longer active as an LNG Operator on the PRISMA platform.
The change follows judicial and regulatory decisions in France affecting the floating LNG terminal in the port of Le Havre. A ruling by the Administrative Court of Rouen, together with a subsequent ministerial order, set the end of operations for the terminal. In January 2026, the FSRU Cape Ann, which enabled regasification services at the site, permanently departed from the port of Le Havre, making further LNG operations technically impossible.
Accordingly, TELSF will no longer offer LNG-related services or capacity via the PRISMA platform. Historical auction data will remain accessible in line with applicable data retention requirements.
