Further details on TTPC’s second offer on PRISMA
Following our press release on July, 19th 2019, PRISMA hereby informs the market about the details of the second offer of primary capacity (“TTPC Second Offer”) that will be held by Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company SpA (“TTPC”) on September 4th, 2019 via the PRISMA platform.
Leipzig, August 1st, 2019 - Following our press release on July, 19th 2019, PRISMA hereby informs the market about the details of the second offer of primary capacity (“TTPC Second Offer”) that will be held by Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company SpA (“TTPC”) on September 4th, 2019 via the PRISMA platform.
The capacity supplied by public offer concerns firm transportation capacity through the onshore pipeline across Tunisia, from the Oued Saf-Saf Delivery Point to the Cap Bon Redelivery Point, starting from October 1st, 2019 and for a maximum duration of 10 years.
Please note that the capacity referred to in the second offer is the quantity not allocated during the first offer held on July 22nd, 2019 (“TTPC First Offer”), and its available amount varies for each contractual year. Interested parties will find, both on the PRISMA Support Portal and the TTPC’s webpage, the procedure for capacity request and assignment and its relevant attachments.
Following an understanding between TTPC and Transmed SpA (“TRANSMED”), a winning bidder shall be entitled to execute a gas transportation agreement with TRANSMED on the TMPC pipeline, connecting the trans-Tunisian pipeline to the Italian network, for the same capacity and duration as awarded by TTPC.
