PRISMA General Terms and Conditions (PRISMA GTCs) establish the contractual relationship between PRISMA and its Customers and govern the use of the PRISMA Platform and further services provided. It consists of the following:
Platform Usage Contract (PUC):A contract concluded between the Customer and PRISMA following the successful registration of the Customer. It defines the responsibilities and obligations that ensure consistent and fair use of the PRISMA Platform.
General Allocation Rules: The provisions outlining the specific rules and procedures for capacity-allocation offers in accordance with the Applicable Regulations, and which form an integral part of the GTCs of the PRISMA Platform.
Service-Specific Terms:Provisions that set out the additional terms and conditions governing the use of particular services, features, or other offerings that are ordered or subscribed to.
Privacy Policy: Provisions that describe how PRISMA collects, processes, protects, and manages personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
