We are pleased to announce significant updates to how Maintenance Messages (MMs) and Urgent Market Messages (UMMs) are displayed and managed on the PRISMA platform:
What’s new:
Both message types are now conveniently grouped under a single section: Market Messages.
Shipper Dashboard deprecation: MMs will now be delivered directly via email.
Refreshed RSS feeds: Please switch to the updated feed for improved stability and performance.
Streamlined message creation: TSOs can now generate MMs directly from UMMs, ensuring alignment when maintenance affects FCFS or surrender processes.
These enhancements simplify access, increase visibility, and improve overall market communication.
In the next few days, we’ll launch our Secondary Market Bulletin Board. It gives you a real-time overview of all current offers — and lets you start anonymous chats directly from any notice.

This update will make it easier to compare prices across auctions, with tooltips and legal information.

Soon, the new LNG Allocations table puts all your allocations in one convenient view, right alongside the LNG Offers section on the platform.
Built for logged-in shippers, the table shows key details at a glance — including Allocation ID, Terminal, Available Services, Runtime, Price per MWh, and more — with direct links to each offer’s full details.Plus, built-in filters make it simple to narrow down results and find exactly what you need, fast.
You will be also able to download your data as a CSV in just one click.
PRISMA’s Customer Success Team will take time from September 2–4, 2025, to reflect, evaluate, and refine our strategy, objectives, and organizational structure.
