What keeps us moving
Webinar Booking Confirmation Update
Starting in January, detailed information such as capacity type, balancing groups and booked capacity, will no longer appear directly in booking confirmation emails.
Instead, each confirmation will include a short summary and a direct link to the respective booking on the PRISMA platform.
To help you get familiar with the new format, we’ll host a webinar on January 7, 2026 explaining all upcoming changes and showing how to access your booking details.

Planned Downtime Notice
Please note that a scheduled downtime is planned for Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00 (CET).
During this time, both Direct FCFS and Regular FCFS services will not be available.
We recommend planning your activities accordingly.
Customer Support over the Holidays
During the Christmas and New Year period, Customer Support availability will be adjusted:
Dec 24 - 28:
emergency on call support
Dec 29 - 30:
regular support services
Dec 31 & Jan 1:
emergency on call support
From Jan 2:
regular support schedule resumes
This ensures that urgent matters remain covered throughout the holiday period, with Customer Support still reachable for emergencies.
New Platform Design
The refreshed PRISMA platform design is now available. It comes with clearer navigation, a vertical menu, and a more streamlined interface to support your daily work.
The rollout happens in stages, giving you time to explore the new look. You can already try it via the toggle in the upper-right corner and switch back at any time during the transition.

We encourage you to explore the new interface and share feedback during the transition. More details on the changes and the reasoning behind them can be found in the blog article linked below.
Upcoming Hydrogen Capacity Sale
The hydrogen capacity sale is scheduled to begin on January 30, 2026. To participate, you must be registered on the PRISMA platform and inform Energinet of your intention to book hydrogen capacity by email at capacitysaleDHB1@energinet.dk.

Ahead of the sale, Energinet will host a webinar on January 23, 2026, from 09:30 to 11:00 (CET), during which PRISMA will demonstrate the new Hydrogen FCFS tool.
