Good to know:
Our contact numbers are still the same - no action is needed on your part.
We’re excited to bring you even faster, simpler, and more reliable support.
We’re streamlining how you access Regular and Direct FCFS processes. Soon your journey starts with the network point - the system will handle the rest.
Select a point which markets Regular FCFS capacity? That flow opens automatically (e. g. Rosengarten).
Pick a point which markets Direct FCFS capacity? You’ll be guided to the right flow (e. g. Oued Saf Saf).
No more choosing between Regular or Direct FCFS at the start — just search your point, and the system takes care of the rest.
Please Note: For the Shipper API, you will still have to use the two separate paths. The changes are only for UI users.
