Leipzig, April 29, 2026 - As of today, PRISMA automatically reports all secondary capacity transactions on the platform to ACER on your behalf — fully in line with the revised REMIT Implementing Regulation.
What changed
Under Article 8(1) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/256, Organized Market Places (OMPs) are now required to report secondary capacity transactions to ACER on behalf of market participants. As a registered OMP, PRISMA is subject to this obligation and has activated REMIT reporting for all shipper customers as of 29 April 2026.

Reporting is activated automatically. Any secondary transaction you carry out or register on the PRISMA platform from 29 April 2026 onward will be reported to ACER by PRISMA on your behalf.
By participating in or registering such transactions, you accept PRISMA's REMIT transaction reporting service GTCs for those transactions. A reporting service fee applies where PRISMA reports at least one transaction on your behalf per calendar year and will be invoiced retrospectively, together with any applicable ACER fees.
You will receive an email notification for each report submitted. Reports and their status are also accessible via the platform's user interface.
What's coming next
Updated General Terms and Conditions and technical documentation will be published shortly via a separate notification. We will continue to adjust our service as further ACER guidance, user manuals, and formats are released.
